Course Scheduling & Support

The Course Scheduling & Support unit provides the following services to MCB and IB:

• Course and classroom scheduling
• Prepare and submit Course Approval Forms (for new or revised courses)
• Provide information on course administration policies & procedures
• Allocate Reader hours
• Provide course copy codes for copiers in Barker, Koshland, LSA and Stanley
• Course evaluations – faculty and GSI
• Textbook orders
• Duplication of course materials
• Coordinate machine grading of exams
• One-time general assignment classroom reservations
