One of the load balanced servers is causing problems and there is no ETA at this time.

Description: The campus WiFi controllers and access points will implement a new software image as directed by the manufacturer.

To implement the change, the controllers and access points require a reboot.

Description: Server Maintenance for the Telecom Catalog’s associated billing software Pinnacle will take place on Saturday, June 9th between 8:00am and 2:00pm EST (0500 to 1100 PST).

The Pinnacle application vendor Calero has not reported any expected outage during this upcoming maintenance window.

There is no expected impact upon the Telecom Catalog ServiceNow system.

Description: At this time, the campus has been involved with intermittent network issues across multiple off campus locations affected with these known buildings at this time:

2001 Addison Street; 2000 Carlton; 2850 Telegraph; 1950 University; 1608 4th Street

IST staff is working the issue  AT&T on root cause and with the Metro Ethernet vendor and to restore services as quickly as possible.
