Description: The campus Telecom Catalog ServiceNow associated billing system Pinnacle, is scheduled by the vendor for a periodic monthly
maintenance the 2nd Saturday of each month.

The scheduled window for maintenance is between 8:00am – 2:00pm EST (0500 to 1100 PST).

Be aware, the maintenance is not usually projected to last the whole window, and may have low impact on the Telecom Catalog closing work
orders, service provider uploads, and Funding and Service Ownership changes.

Mac endpoints will not display any error or information during the downtime.

However, Jamf Pro services such as Self Service for Mac and macOS image deployment will be unavailable.

Description: UPDATE: Monday, April 30, 2018 10:17am – IST staff is aware of instability to the Palto Alto Firewall in the Earl Warrent Data Center and are troubleshooting to determine the cause and work toward a resolution.

Monday, April 30, 2018 9:17am – The Service Desk continues to receive reports of network issues affecting many services including CAS, VPN, and connectivity to other applications hosted on campus.  The network team is working to correct the issue as quickly as possible.  All workloads hosted in our environment are up and running and should respond normally as soon as the issue is resolved.

The Service Desk are receiving calls of intermittent network issues.

IST staff is working quickly to identify the source of the problem and to restore services as quickly as possible.
