During this period, access to the hosted environment may be impacted. Campus customers can still submit service requests, though automatic phone number assignment may not happen. 

Campus customers should not submit funding changes or subscriber re-assignments during this window.   

In ServiceNow, IST staff should not close any RITMs or submit any Service Provider Uploads during this window.

IST has received reports of problems with the campus DNS infrastructure. This is having a widespread impact to multiple campus systems.
