Description: Server Maintenance for the Telecom Catalog’s associated billing software Pinnacle will take place on Saturday, June 9th between 8:00am and 2:00pm EST (0500 to 1100 PST).

The Pinnacle application vendor Calero has not reported any expected outage during this upcoming maintenance window.

There is no expected impact upon the Telecom Catalog ServiceNow system.

IST staff is working the issue  AT&T on root cause and with the Metro Ethernet vendor and to restore services as quickly as possible.
